OpenCASCADE Debian Package

Welcome to the Debian package for the amazing OpenCASCADE! The
opencascade source package builds the following binary packages:
- libopencascade-*-6.3.0 has the shared libraries divided as
described in the Descriptions of each package
- libopencascade-*-dev has the headers, .so links, and .la
metadata files for compiling with the opencascade libraries; it does
not include static libraries for reasons of size and build
time
- libopencascade-dev depends on all of the development
packages
- opencascade-draw has the DRAWEXE test harness with
its plugins in /usr/lib/opencas
- opencascade-wok has the WOK collaboration tools and
libraries including wokprocess and woksh
- opencascade-examples has files in several formats which
OpenCASCADE can read, such as IGES, STEP and VRML
Open questions:
- What should be the dependencies of the -dev packages?
Later plans include:
- Modify the DRAWEXE plug-in loading mechanism so it doesn't
need to use rpath to find the plug-ins
